Hidari is a Spiker-oriented Secret style introduced in Update 40 on October 11, 2025. Its name literally means "Left" (ひだり) in Japanese, which perfectly captures its identity: Hidari is the first left-handed style in Volleyball Legends, and its entire kit is built around punishing opponents from the left side of the court.
Because Hidari is a left-handed spiker, many players assumed it was inspired by Wakatoshi Ushijima from Haikyū!!. That connection is considered unlikely, however, since the Uchikai style already fills the Ushijima-inspired role in the game.
